How We Use and Share Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you by email, phone, and text message.
  • Provide, scope, and deliver consulting services and resold products.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and send invoices.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our websites and systems.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, tax, and contractual obligations.
  • Send business updates by email where permitted, with an unsubscribe option in every message.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that host, operate, or support our business (for example, cloud hosting, email, telephony and SMS delivery, CRM, ERP, and accounting), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • Vendors and distributors when needed to quote, order, provision, or support a product you have requested.
  • Subcontractors and partners working on your engagement, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety purposes, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.

Text messaging and mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes only the service providers that deliver our text messages, such as Microsoft and its carrier partners, which process this data solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

Retention, Security, and Cookies

Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for the life of a business relationship plus the period required by law, tax, or contract. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for at least four years after your last message to show compliance with messaging rules.

Security. As a cybersecurity firm, we protect information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with recognized frameworks such as NIST SP 800-171, including encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication, role-based access, and logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law, including the New York SHIELD Act.

Cookies. Our websites use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
