RegScale Partnership
Subject: Next steps: YGI × RegScale partnership for FedRAMP 20x
Hi Rich,
Thank you again for the conversation today. We’re excited to build out a partnership with RegScale not only as a reseller, but as an advisory partner for your customers as well as your own FedRAMP 20x journey.
From our perspective, there are three immediate next steps:
1. Formalize partnership
We’d like to get the partner agreement and operating details moving. Could you send over the next steps, agreement process, commercial structure, enablement requirements, and any details we need to begin onboarding as a RegScale partner?
YGI can support the full customer lifecycle: FedRAMP 20x and CMMC readiness, platform resale, RegScale implementation, evidence and control operations, audit preparation, and post-audit GRC environment management.
We operate as a distributed team across New York, Chicago, and California, with the ability to support customers nationally across time zones. We also support international companies entering the U.S. market and navigating U.S. compliance requirements; I split my time between London and the U.S., which gives us additional coverage for cross-border clients and international teams.
We can staff the appropriate delivery support for initial RegScale engagements and scale across our broader team as the partnership pipeline and customer demand grow. Our approach is flexible: we can begin by observing and co-delivering the right engagements, use those early opportunities to refine the model, and expand delivery capacity alongside the shared opportunity.
2. Include YGI in relevant FedRAMP 20x sales conversations
We would like to join relevant 20x sales calls as a RegScale partner so we can learn the motion, observe how the platform is positioned, and understand where YGI can add delivery value. Ideally, RegScale would introduce us as the implementation/readiness partner, and we can initially observe calls before progressing toward co-delivery and ultimately running the appropriate services motion independently.
This will help us become self-sufficient while creating a stronger, more complete 20x offering for shared prospects.
3. RegScale FedRAMP 20x Class C Certification
We would love an introduction to Gavin and Dale to discuss how we could support with RegScale's FedRAMP 20x Class C certification in an advisory capacity.
YGI advised a client through the FedRAMP 20x Moderate Pilot program using Vanta as the GRC platform. We actively used the platform throughout the process and provided valuable feedback to the Vanta product team based on our experience as users.
We can bring the same approach to RegScale- supporting your preparation for 20x preparation while sharing direct product feedback based on how the platform performs across real readiness, evidence, automation, and audit workflows. This creates a direct feedback loop between your product team, the program requirements, and needs of customers in the field.

4. Build the market story together
We also want to actively amplify the RegScale and YGI partnership through the channels where we already have credibility in the FedRAMP ecosystem. That includes joint events, webinars, podcasts, LinkedIn content, customer education, and other co-marketing opportunities.
Our involvement in the 20x pilot, working alongside A-Lign, participation in the SEI/FedRAMP event in DC, and relationships across the FedRAMP community give us a strong platform to tell an authentic story. We see an opportunity to connect RegScale’s name directly to the FedRAMP 20x conversation through useful, practitioner-led content. This is valuable not only for generating demand, but also for helping position RegScale as a serious, informed participant in the evolving FedRAMP ecosystem.
Supporting RegScale through its FedRAMP 20x journey would create a natural foundation for a deeper partnership, giving YGI the opportunity to build firsthand expertise with the platform and establish the experience needed to credential our team as a RegScale partner. It would also give us a strong real-world use case to demonstrate how RegScale can support organizations through 20x. Looking ahead, there could be a strong marketing and go-to-market story around YGI as the advisor, RegScale as the GRC platform of choice, and potentially A-lign as the assessor- bringing together the key pieces of the 20x journey in a way that could resonate with future clients.
While 20x is our immediate focus, YGI also brings substantial CMMC experience, recently we have been working with some army and navy manufacturing clients. That gives us a useful parallel motion for RegScale as customers manage broader federal compliance requirements.
Follow-up meeting availability

Please let us know the best path for the partner agreement, 20x call inclusion, and introductions to Gavin and Dale. We’re ready to move quickly.
Best,
Madison
Thank you again for the conversation today. We're excited about the opportunity to partner with RegScale, both as a reseller and as an advisory and implementation partner supporting customers, as well as RegScale's own FedRAMP 20x journey.
Apologies for the detailed follow-up, but I wanted to put everything in writing so you have the context needed to share internally and move the right pieces forward.
From our perspective, there are four immediate next steps:
1. Formalize the Partnership
We'd like to start the partner onboarding process. Could you share the agreement, commercial structure, enablement requirements, and other steps needed to become a RegScale partner?
YGI can support the full customer lifecycle, including FedRAMP 20x and CMMC readiness, platform resale, implementation, evidence and controls operations, audit preparation, and ongoing GRC management. We can initially co-deliver engagements, refine the operating model together, and scale delivery capacity as demand grows.
You asked about our coverage: YGI operates across New York, Chicago, California, and London, supporting clients nationwide and international companies navigating U.S. market entry and compliance requirements.
2. Include YGI in Relevant FedRAMP 20x Opportunities
We'd appreciate being included in relevant FedRAMP 20x sales conversations so we can learn the motion, understand how RegScale is positioned, and identify where YGI can add value.
Ideally, RegScale would introduce YGI as the readiness and implementation partner. We can begin by observing calls, progress to co-delivery, and ultimately support customers independently as the partnership matures.
3. Support RegScale's FedRAMP 20x Class C Certification
We would welcome an introduction to Gavin and Dale to discuss how YGI could support RegScale's FedRAMP 20x Class C certification efforts.
YGI advised a client through the FedRAMP 20x Moderate Pilot using Vanta and worked closely with both the customer and product team throughout the process. We can bring that same perspective to RegScale by supporting readiness activities while providing practical product feedback based on real-world implementation and audit experience.

SEI / FedRAMP / A-LIGN Panel in Washington, DC covering pilot lessons learned
4. Build the Market Story Together
We also see an opportunity to jointly promote the partnership through webinars, events, podcasts, LinkedIn content, customer education, and other co-marketing activities.
YGI's involvement in the FedRAMP 20x pilot, participation in industry events, and relationships across the ecosystem provide a strong platform to help position RegScale within the evolving FedRAMP market.
Longer term, there is a compelling story around YGI as the advisor, RegScale as the GRC platform, and potentially A-LIGN as the assessor, creating an integrated path through the FedRAMP 20x journey.
While FedRAMP 20x is our immediate focus, YGI also supports CMMC programs and federal contractors, creating additional partnership opportunities as organizations navigate broader compliance requirements.
Looking forward to continuing the conversation and building this together.
Best,
